PVidine Ointment should only be used externally as directed by your doctor Before application ensure that the affected area is clean and dry It is important to wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medication To get the maximum benefit use this ointment regularly Avoid using more than necessary as it will not speed up the healing process and may increase the risk of side effects If your condition persists beyond four weeks or worsens inform your doctor To enhance the effectiveness of this medication keep the affected areas clean dry and wash your hands before and after treating the infection Possible side effects of this medication include skin irritation redness or itching at the site of application If these side effects persist for an extended period consult your doctor Avoid direct contact of the cream or ointment with your eyes In case of accidental contact rinse your eyes with water and seek immediate medical attention Discontinue use immediately if you experience any signs of an allergic reaction such as rash swelling of the lips throat or face difficulty swallowing or breathing dizziness fainting or nausea Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy before starting this medication Additionally disclose any existing liver or kidney problems to your doctor


Will Betadine 10% Ointment solution stain my skin or clothes?
Betadine 10% Ointment has a natural golden brown color which stains the area where you have applied it. It does not however, permanently stain your skin and fingernails. The stain can be easily removed from your clothes with soap and water.

Povidot 10% Ointment is used in the treatment and prevention of infection in wounds including cuts, small areas of burn, ulcers and minor injuries. Do not use this medicine on deep wounds and clean surgical wounds.

Heal Fast is used in the treatment and prevention of infection in wounds including cuts, small areas of burn, ulcers and minor injuries. Do not use this medicine on deep wounds and clean surgical wounds.

How should Heal Fast solution be applied to an injury?
Clean the affected area and apply a small amount of the medicine to it. You can then cover it with a sterile bandage. You can apply this medicine 1 to 3 times daily. However, do not use it for longer than 1 week.
